A Smooth ICC25 and no QQ

We got round to a ICC25 run this week with about 15'ish guild members. We filled the last spot's by asking a "Friend" of the guild. He has just started his own guild so numbers are too low to do ether 10 or 25 man on there own, and pugged the last 3 spot's.

The whole raid went real smooth from where I was sat (Behind a big bottle of blue Vodka Alco-pop) /cheer . . . .

I made sure this time that I told the whole raid the "Loot Rule's" in /rw before we started Trash (when buffing / summoning) and that is simply a "Main-spec > Off-spec". And that it didn't matter what you think of as your fave/Main-Spec . . as far as loot go's, your Main is whatever you came to the raid as. And my choice is FINAL whether I give to the winner of the /roll or not . . Everyone agreed and not once did any one wimper about not winning

We had 3 Tanks, 5 Healers, and a hell of alot of Pew pew (And phen . . . )
yeh yeh i know you dont need 3 tanks for the first wing but i dont like makeing ppl change spec half way through a raid as it can make problems with loot "DPS is my M-S but you made me tank QQ"

I made a Calendar Invite for next Friday. Did the same Mass-Invite for our guild and also included the dps we got from LFG.
Our "PuG'ers" have already accepted so i guess we made a good impression

I'm impressed with one member of guild though . . I did not really give any orders to the healers and everything still went real smooth, however I found out later that one of our guild's healers had taken command of them and given assignments out. Prowd of her for getting stuck in and sorting out a problem that could have been a wipe-fest with healers not knowing who's doing what (>.<)

Hopeful to start a little earlyer on the next try though we did take almost a hour to get the raid filled > summoned > buffed > fighting.

ahh well all fun and games eh ? (^..^)
